1. Services Provided
Athay Auto Studio LLC offers professional mobile auto detailing services to customers in the Greater Houston area, including but not limited to River Oaks and The Woodlands. Our services are limited to vehicle cleaning and detailing at the customer’s location.

2. Scheduling & Payments
All services must be booked in advance. Customers agree to provide accurate information when scheduling an appointment. Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments through cash, credit card, or other methods specified at the time of service.

3. Service Area
Our mobile detailing services are offered within the Greater Houston area. Requests outside our service area may be declined or subject to additional fees at our discretion.

4. Changes & Cancellations
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any changes.

5. Modifications to Services
We may update or modify the services offered on our website at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
