1. Services Provided
Athay Auto Studio LLC offers professional mobile auto detailing services to customers in the Greater Houston area, including but not limited to River Oaks and The Woodlands. Our services are limited to vehicle cleaning and detailing at the customer’s location.

2. Scheduling & Payments
All services must be booked in advance. Customers agree to provide accurate information when scheduling an appointment. Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments through cash, credit card, or other methods specified at the time of service.

3. Service Area
Our mobile detailing services are offered within the Greater Houston area. Requests outside our service area may be declined or subject to additional fees at our discretion.

4. Changes & Cancellations
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any changes.

5. SMS (Text Messaging) Terms

- By opting in to receive SMS messages from Athay Auto Studio LLC, you agree to the following:

- We may send you text messages related to your quote requests, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, and service updates.

- Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

- You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from Athay Auto Studio LLC.

- We do not charge for text messages, but standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
